Role Overview As a seasoned Senior Mechatronics Engineer at Eternal Robotics, you will be responsible for system architecture design, component selection, and hands-on automation deployment. Your role will involve conceptualizing and delivering mechatronic systems that seamlessly integrate mechanical, electrical, and AI-driven technologies. Key Responsibilities Engineering Systems Design - Architect end-to-end automation systems by integrating mechanical, electrical, and AI components. - Develop system flow diagrams, functional architecture, and DFMEA documentation. - Translate business and technical requirements into efficient system designs. Electronics & Component Selection - Evaluate and select appropriate sensors, actuators, controllers, and electronics. - Prepare BOMs to ensure cost-effectiveness, performance, and compatibility. Mechanical-Electronic Integration - Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure the seamless integration of mechanical and electronic systems. - Support structural and functional alignment throughout the design process. Integration Testing - Design and document unit/system test cases for validation and debugging. - Conduct integration testing to achieve >90% FAT and 100% SAT success rates. - Identify, analyze, and resolve issues before deployment.
