Utilizing tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max, you will create realistic visualizations that demonstrate accuracy, scale, and proportion. Staying updated on modern design trends and materials will enhance your ability to produce cutting-edge designs that leave a lasting impression. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a 3D elevation designer in the construction or architecture industry. A diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, or 3ds Max is essential, along with strong visualization skills and attention to design aesthetics. Additionally, knowledge of rendering tools like V-Ray and Photoshop, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills, will be advantageous.
