Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic. Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives. Analyse campaign performance data to derive insights and suggest improvements. Research and implement the latest digital marketing trends relevant to fine jewellery and luxury segments. Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximise ROI. Collaborate with the creative and product teams to plan impactful campaigns. Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Plan and execute remarketing campaigns to increase conversion rates. Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to the leadership team. Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Prior experience working with fine jewellery brands is a must. Experience working with brands targeting the Middle East and US markets will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Position: Meta & Google Ads Manager Location: Hybrid Experience: 3-7 years Industry: Fine Jewellery About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Meta & Google Ads Manager to join our fine jewellery brand which is in business for over 25 years. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive high-quality traffic and conversions through paid media campaigns, with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour in luxury and fine jewellery markets. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) platforms. Develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with brand goals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Write impactful ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for high-converting creatives and videos. Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve KPIs – ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate. Analyse and report performance insights weekly and monthly, with actionable recommendations. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and jewellery market benchmarks in India, Middle East, and US markets. Identify retargeting and prospecting opportunities to maximise customer acquisition and retention.
