Technical Drawing, 2D & 3D Interior Design Architect [Company Name] is seeking a talented and innovative Interior Design Architect to join our creative team. We are looking for a professional who can translate concepts into detailed technical drawings and bring designs to life through compelling 2D and 3D visualizations, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints for interior spaces. Develop design concepts, space plans, and mood boards that align with client vision and project requirements. Produce comprehensive technical drawings (e.g., floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, custom millwork details) for interior spaces, ensuring accuracy and adherence to building codes and industry standards. Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings and visualizations to present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the spatial layout, material selections, and overall aesthetic. Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), materials, lighting, and finishes, ensuring they align with the design concept, budget, and functional requirements. Prepare detailed specification documents and material boards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other consultants (e.g., MEP, structural engineers) to ensure seamless integration of design elements during the construction phase. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor progress, and ensure design implementation adheres to plans. Manage project timelines and budgets for interior design aspects. Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
