Job Description

Role & responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely and accurate adjudication, pricing, and payment of healthcare claims.
Receive and review healthcare claims for completeness and accuracy.
Edit and process claims based on policy guidelines and system requirements.
Apply pricing and adjudication rules to determine claim outcomes.
Ensure timely and accurate payments in compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth claim lifecycle management.
Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare claims processing systems and protocols.
Adhere to performance metrics, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular status updates and escalate complex cases as necessary.
