Job Title: Legal Officer Location: Gurgaon (Must be open to travel across India) Experience: 26 years (Corporate Legal) Gender: Male candidates only Key Focus Areas: Looking for a Legal Officer with strong corporate legal background, having mandatory experience in 138 NI Act cases , contract/agreement drafting , arbitration , and legal recovery . Key Responsibilities: Independently handle 138 cases , recovery matters, and arbitration proceedings Draft and review agreements, contracts , and legal notices Represent the company before legal forums and coordinate with external counsels Ensure legal compliance and support internal teams with documentation and advisory Eligibility: LLB with minimum 2 years of corporate legal experience Strong in litigation, arbitration & contract law Willing to travel as per legal requirements Industry: Paints/Chemicals Role Type: Full-time, Permanent Preferred Skills: 138 NI Act, Arbitration, Legal Drafting, Agreement Vetting, Recovery Proceedings
