The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity governance and access management, specifically with SailPoint solutions. The SailPoint Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity management solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Responsibilities Design and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow or SailPoint IIQ. Develop and maintain custom connectors to integrate with various applications and data sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective identity management solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot identity management processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance. Participate in testing and deployment of SailPoint solutions and provide post-implementation support. Create and maintain documentation for the identity governance processes and technical specifications. Skills and Qualifications 4-10 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow or SailPoint IIQ development. Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices. Proficient in Java, BeanShell, and SQL for custom development in SailPoint. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services integration. Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services. Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with team members effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
