Job Description

Role: Lead IT Consultant IT ServiceNow

Exp 8-15 Years

Location: Delhi NCR

Role Objective: ServiceNow Lead,

Job role and Key Deliverable:

Strategic Planning:

  1. Own the overall

    solution blueprint and roadmap,

    work closely with other business functions to articulate

    business needs, and translate them into an appropriate solution design.

  2. Define and detail overall

    ServiceNow platform architecture of ServiceNow and on-prem systems with architecture of integration from other areas within the organization.

SNOW Platform Management:

  1. Developing and customizing, including outlining the

    Architecture, Workflows, and Configurations of ServiceNow in the area of ITSM / ESM processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge DB, and Configuration Management.

  2. Designing and implementing workflows, User Interfaces, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

  3. Assisting with the

    integration of ServiceNow with external systems and applications via APIs and web services.

  4. Implementing

    user and role management as well as customizing dashboards and reports.

  5. Collaborating closely with departments to ensure optimal solutions.

  6. Manage

    ServiceNow releases and upgrades, including design, develop, testing, deployment, and post implementation review.

SNOW: Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  1. Monitor

    ServiceNow performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

  2. Implement

    optimization initiatives to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and increase overall efficiency

SNOW Governance and Compliance:

  1. Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with ITSM policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  2. Define and

    enforce standards for Data integrity, security, and access controls within ServiceNow.

Training and Support:

  1. Provide second-level support for ServiceNow incidents, problems, and service requests escalated from the Service Desk.

  2. Remain up to date on

    industry trends, share knowledge among teams, abide by industry best practices and ensures technical governance and policies are being adhered to.

Required Qualification and Key Attributes:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in

    IT/CSE or related field.

  2. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Minimum two Implementation Specialist Certifications.

  3. Several years of

    experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions

  4. Experience in

    developing workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and other ServiceNow-specific scripts.

  5. Strong understanding of

    Enterprise Service Management (ESM) process and best practices.

  6. Effective

    communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  7. Project management experience, including planning, execution, and resource management.
  8. Knowledge of the ITIL (InformationTechnology Infrastructure Library) framework is a must.

  9. Ambitious and intuitive individuals who work under organization directives towards agreed goals/targets with creative approach.
  10. Experience with

    rollout of service management in organizations with international visibility or cross continent locations.

  11. Experience in the administration of Ivanti tool -Good to have

  12. CTA certification--Good to have
