Change Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and process-driven Change Manager with strong expertise in ITIL/ITSM frameworks and a good understanding of DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective change planning, execution, and communication while aligning with both ITIL-based processes and fast-paced DevOps delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end change management lifecycle, ensuring minimal risk and disruption to services.
• Work with cross-functional teams including DevOps, development, infrastructure, and operations to plan, assess, and implement changes.
• Ensure changes are compliant with ITIL/ITSM policies and best practices.
• Conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, reviewing RFCs (Requests for Change) and assessing impact/risk.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to align change control with CI/CD pipelines and agile development cycles.
• Maintain accurate change records, documentation, and metrics in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
• Monitor change implementation progress and ensure post-implementation reviews are conducted.
• Continuously improve change management processes for agility, automation, and reliability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
