Job Description

As an IT Change Enablement Expert at Service Control, you will be responsible for defining and implementing service management processes. You will play a crucial role in adapting the Change Enablement process to align with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with experts to align the Change Enablement process with new automation concepts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop Change Enablement digital strategy processes focusing on continuous integration/continuous delivery, devops, automation, and data analytics evolution. - Manage day-to-day change enablement workflow tasks, including reviews, approvals, and ensuring adherence to risk controls. - Prepare detailed data analytics and change reporting for relevant Governance meetings. - Engage and collaborate with Release Managers, Engineering, Operational Risk, and Audit teams to drive delivery in the Change Enablement context. - Proactively identify operational readiness and process improvement opportunities. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in IT Change Enablement/Change Management for large organizations. - Proficiency in ITIL 3 or 4 and Microsoft suite of tools. - Understanding of risks in System Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and change environments. - Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts and toolsets like ServiceNow and Gitlab. - Familiarity with devops, agile methodologies, and data manipulation. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Programming and/or automation skills. - Ability to work well in a global team, communicate effectively, and manage stakeholders. - Quick and accurate in producing information to tight deadlines. - Positive attitude with a balance of engineering and service mindset. - Experience with ServiceNow, M365 suite tooling, and PowerBI. **Nice to have:** - DevOps foundation certification. - Experience with Gitlab CI/CD, AI tooling (CoPilot, etc). This is a senior position based in Pune, India, requiring advanced English language skills. The role is in the BCM Industry with a start date of 14/11/2025.
