Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer with expertise in LAN & WLAN configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco and Palo Alto network devices and will play a key role in ensuring our enterprise network infrastructure is secure, scalable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN and WLAN infrastructure including switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
• Manage and monitor network performance, availability, and security across multiple sites.
• Deploy, configure, and administer Cisco switches, routers, and wireless controllers.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPN, and threat prevention features.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues involving connectivity, performance, and security.
• Implement and manage VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network segmentation.
• Ensure network documentation is up-to-date and compliant with organizational standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams for infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and incident resolution.
• Conduct regular network assessments and recommend improvements for performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a network engineering role.
• Strong experience with Cisco networking equipment (CCNA/CCNP certification preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls (PCNSA/PCNSE certification is a plus).
• In-depth understanding of LAN/WLAN architectures, including wireless access points and controllers.
• Proficient in network troubleshooting tools and techniques (Wireshark, ping, traceroute, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, and firewall technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
