Job Description:

The SAP Success Factor Consultant/Senior Consultant will play a crucial role in our organization by providing expertise in the maintenance of SAP Success Factor solutions. This position will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing support to clients in optimizing their HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and participate in the support of SAP Success Factor solutions, including configuration, testing, and training

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide recommendations for process improvements

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Success Factor solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in SAP Success Factor and provide guidance to clients on best practices

- Mentor and train junior team members on SAP Success Factor functionality and processes

- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Success Factor and provide guidance to clients on system enhancements and upgrades

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP Success Factor solutions

- Strong technical skills in SAP Success Factor modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning

- Experience with SAP Success Factor integrations and data migration

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- SAP Success Factor certification is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
