Please do not use this service. COD remittances are not made on time and they take very long to transfer the money they owe you. Support contact numbers go unanswered and they do not provide any assistance to their customers. Probably the worst decision anybody can make for their e-commerce business. Stay far away from Zepo.

One of the worst experiences any entrepreneur can have with zepo who indent to use them for e-retail service as they will experience one of the worst customer service while you will be continuously or I must fraudulently being charged for over-weight without any dispute resolution. I highly recommend not to use their services
