Role: Site Civil Engineer (Karnataka and Maharashtra) Locations: Karnataka & Maharashtra, India We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and executing civil engineering components of renewable energy projects — especially related to land feasibility, site surveys , and acquisition support . Key Responsibilities:- Conduct land feasibility studies , surveys, and detailed site assessments. Prepare and review civil engineering plans , drawings, and documentation. Ensure the implementation of engineering design standards in land acquisition processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, legal, and landowners. Monitor on-site progress, address technical issues, and ensure quality control. Provide support in project development , engineering controls, and site develop[ment. Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in civil design , planning , and site development . Familiarity with stormwater and drainage systems is a plus. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer, located in Karnataka and Maharashtra States. Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning and designing civil engineering projects, conducting technical site feasibility surveys, and providing on-site oversight. Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with project and land teams, monitoring project progress. The engineer will also perform site inspections and assessments and provide technical support to ensure project success. Qualifications Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles Experience with Planning and Site Survey related activities Proven track record as a Civil Engineer with practical on-site experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience in renewable energy projects is advantageous Skilled in Local native languages will be preferable
