Architect (10-12 Years Experience)
Role & responsibilities Prepare and oversee complete, high-quality working drawings and GFC sets for high-end residences, including architectural and interior details. Check and coordinate drawings from structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure alignment with architectural intent. Identify design clashes, gaps, or technical issues in drawings and resolve them efficiently with consultants and the site team. Ensure all drawings are compliant with project standards, client expectations, and applicable building codes. Lead the technical coordination of architecture and interior layouts with MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Manage drawing documentation, revision control, and issue logs. Conduct site visits to ensure that execution matches the design intent and drawings, and troubleshoot on-site technical challenges. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for bespoke detailing, joinery, finishes, and service integration. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch); Masters in Architecture or Interior Design is a plus. Strong command over AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office. Familiarity with BIM processes. Solid understanding of interior detailing, joinery, bespoke elements, and service integration. Proven experience in coordinating across architecture, interiors, and MEP drawings. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery and coordination.
