Client Relationship Support: Collaborate with the Client Happiness Manager and design team to maintain strong client relationships and address concerns. Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement in client service processes and implement solutions. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Client Happiness Manager, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing client files. Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination, including coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Client Needs Identification: Assist in understanding client needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve the overall design process and client experience. As an Operations Associate at Yoho, located in Delhi NCR, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the company's logistics and inventory operations. Your responsibilities will include efficiently handling Return to Origin (RTO) orders, overseeing inventory management, managing logistics operations, and processing returns for both B2C and B2B channels. The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and excel in a fast-paced work environment. Your key responsibilities will involve efficiently managing RTO orders to minimize losses and enhance order flow. You will collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve RTO cases promptly and analyze RTO data to identify trends for process enhancements. Additionally, you will oversee inventory movements, maintain accurate inventory records, and generate reports to align stock levels with demand. In terms of logistics operations, you will be responsible for day-to-day management, tracking delayed deliveries, and addressing customer escalations. You will work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely order deliveries and implement process improvements for enhanced delivery performance and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will handle returns for both B2C and B2B channels, including managing SPF claims and collaborating with customer service and logistics teams for seamless return processes. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and preferably have experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach are essential for success in this position.
