X Digitally is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and technically skilled Digital Marketing Operations Head to lead our execution team. This role is pivotal in ensuring flawless delivery of marketing services including SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content execution, and client project workflows. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end technical execution, improving workflow efficiency, overseeing team performance, and aligning marketing operations with client goals and KPIs. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the digital marketing operations team (SEO, Ads, Design, and Tech) Coordinate with content and strategy teams to ensure timely execution of client deliverables Develop and implement operational processes to improve productivity and client satisfaction Supervise performance of ongoing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.) and troubleshoot any execution-level blockers Monitor KPIs and suggest process improvements for better team and campaign performance Act as the go-to technical point of contact for internal teams and assist with escalations Track project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow automation tools Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality Support onboarding of new team members and guide internal training Requirements. 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing operations or performance marketing Strong knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, analytics, and automation tools Prior experience in team management, operations, and workflow supervision Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in tools like Trello/Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns at once Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications.
