Anavila’s Southern Retail Store Anavila Misra’s showcase of her latest collection in Hyderabad marked a new retail expansion, but also added another chapter in the designer’s enduring love story with the craft and culture of Southern India The association with The Leela Hyderabad extends to Misra’s presence at the newly opened Maison Isa, a boutique housed within the hotel. The highlight of the space is a segment dedicated to Anavila Home, the designer’s soft furnishings line which debuted earlier this year. It is the culmination of a long camaraderie between Misra and Deepthi Reddy, managing director of the hotel and the driving force behind Maison Isa. A longstanding client of Mishra’s fashion, Reddy commissioned the designer to create some of the soft furnishings in the hotel. Visitors to the property will find Misra’s designs in the lounge and lobby areas as well as some of the restaurants.
