Job Overview: We're seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with 34 years of experience to take ownership of both backend and frontend development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. You’ll collaborate with our design and marketing teams to build responsive, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly websites that captivate and convert. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring wireframes to life. Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other website challenges. Integrate third-party APIs and tools (e.g., CRM, payment gateways, analytics). Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in WordPress and web technologies. Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility. Manage website migrations, backups, and security best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on WordPress and Shopify development experience. Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery. Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders. Knowledge of MySQL and database management. Familiarity with Git/version control systems. Understanding of REST APIs and integration techniques. Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
