Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements through client discussions Prepare BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and workflows to communicate clearly with tech teams Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure accurate execution of requirements Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support strategy Assist in writing proposals and pre-sales documentation for client pitches Leverage AI tools for data handling, automation, and insights Use project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello to track deliverables Participate in client meetings, demos, and feedback cycles What were looking for: 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT, SaaS, or digital product environment Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills Basic understanding of coding or technical systems (HTML, SQL, or APIs a plus) Exposure to or interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms, analytics tools) Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver under tight deadlines Strong presentation skills and business acumen Graduate from a Tier 1 College (must) What you’ll Gain: Work closely with cutting-edge tech teams and innovative digital projects A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment Opportunity to contribute directly to business impact Competitive pay, continuous learning, and real ownership
