Role Overview: Reach out to leads via phone to promote and sell credit cards and loan products. Convert prospects into customers, hitting set targets. Key Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls. Qualify prospects and explain product features, rates, eligibility. Close sales and meet monthly KPIs. Update CRM with call notes and application statuses. Address customer queries; coordinate with backend teams. Requirements: 12th pass or graduate; telesales or financial sales experience preferred. Excellent Hindi (and regional languages); English a plus. Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. Familiarity with CRM tools. Compensation: Fixed salary: ₹10,000–₹11,000/month. Incentives: ₹1,000+ per successful application. Work Hours: Mon–Sat, approx. 9:50 AM–6:00 PM. Growth Path: Telesales Exec → Senior Exec → Team Lead → Sales Manager.
