Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager Corporate Interior/Fitout to lead and manage end-to-end corporate interior/facility fitout projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, timeline control, and quality assurance to deliver projects efficiently and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle interior fit-out projects from design finalization to handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and contractors. Prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules; ensure adherence to timelines and cost estimates. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Review drawings and BOQs; suggest cost-effective solutions and design modifications where necessary. Manage procurement and logistics of materials and ensure timely availability on site. Resolve any technical/site issues promptly to avoid delays. Ensure all statutory approvals and documentation are in place. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management/client. Planning, Organizing, scheduling the activities, and monitoring the progress, quality, and safety at the site. Review of designs and quantity take-offs in consultation with associate consultants for further value engineering, Negotiations, and finalizations. Liaising with all consultants and stakeholders to collate the design brief to successfully plan and moderate meetings and manage the deliverables agreed. Coordination with base-builder during design development and tracking the deliverables agreed. Submitting daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to clients/consultants. Contract and vendor management for swift and smooth functioning. Supervising the works of all stakeholders and notifying of any anticipated deviation from agreed parameters. Preparation and review of work measurements, certification of bills, invoicing, and receivables of associated vendors. Understanding & precise knowledge of all aspects of construction related to civil and MEP. To ensure compliance with all project specifications. Coordinating with different stake holders on behalf of client. Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements. Managing documentation & Preparation of monthly & Weekly progress report Monitoring Progress and tracking roadblocks. To track the schedule and inform client accordingly for all delays. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design 5+ years of experience in project management for interior fit-out projects (corporate/office spaces). Strong technical knowledge of MEP services, civil/interior works, and materials. Proficient in project management tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, etc. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple vendors and contractors. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Other Requirements: travel to project sites. Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously depending on scope. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines. Salary upto 5.5 LPA..
