Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead our logistics network design and planning initiatives. The role involves optimizing the logistics network (warehouses, fulfillment centers, transport routes, etc.) to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enable scalable growth across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Strategy & Design:

• Design and continuously optimize the supply chain and logistics network (nodes, routes, service areas) to support current and future business needs.
  
• Evaluate options for new fulfillment centers, cross-docks, or last-mile hubs.
  
• Use modeling tools to simulate logistics scenarios and recommend the most efficient network designs.
  

• Data Analysis & Planning:

• Analyze transportation and warehouse cost structures, service level data, and demand patterns.
  
• Develop and maintain forecasting models for capacity and network performance.
  
• Identify and mitigate logistics bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  

• Project Management:

• Lead cross-functional projects related to network expansion, cost optimization, and capacity planning.
  
• Coordinate with warehousing, transportation, procurement, finance, and technology teams for seamless execution.
  

• Technology & Tools:

• Work with planning tools like Llamasoft (Coupa), AnyLogistix, or custom optimization models.
  
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to implement data-driven decision-making tools.
  

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Present recommendations to senior leadership with clear cost-benefit analysis.
  
• Liaise with external partners (3PLs, consultants, transporters) to align network goals.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA or M.S. in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
  
• 6–10 years of experience in logistics network design, supply chain planning, or operations strategy.
  
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations – warehousing, transportation, and inventory flow.
  
• Experience with advanced analytics, simulation, and optimization tools.
  
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau).
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
