We want you on our team—Immediate joining required! 🛠 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Lead and manage all U-Stamp documentation processes, ensuring compliance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 standards. Oversee and execute U-Stamp-related inspections (design reviews, NDT, hydrotesting, final stamping). Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for mechanical fabrication, welding, and testing activities. Coordinate with engineering, production, and external inspectors to ensure timely completion of U-Stamp deliverables. Review and verify all QA/QC documentation, including material certificates, welding procedures, and inspection/test reports. Perform basic AutoCAD tasks—reviewing P&ID/GA drawings to validate U-Stamp requirements and dimensional accuracy. Conduct internal audits and periodic quality reviews; generate and follow up on corrective action reports. Mentor and guide junior QA/QC engineers and technicians. 📋 Must-Have Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline. 5+ years of QA/QC experience in pressure vessel, heat exchanger, or piping fabrication. Proven U-Stamp documentation expertise—experience preparing and submitting data books, calculations, and drawings for U-Stamp approval. Hands-on knowledge of U-Stamp inspection requirements (RT, UT, PT, VT, hydrotest). Proficient in basic AutoCAD—able to interpret and annotate P&ID and GA drawings. Strong understanding of ASME Section VIII, Division 1 codes and standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
