Job Description: Iron and Aluminum Welder Position: Iron and Aluminum Welder Location: Bengaluru,Karnataka Company: Jiomee Furniture Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Iron and Aluminum Welder for manufacturing Outdoor Furniture. As an Iron and Aluminum Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures, equipment, and components made of iron and aluminum. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both iron and aluminum welding techniques, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. For reference, please go through our website www.jiomee.com Responsibilities: Perform welding and fabrication tasks utilizing both iron and aluminum materials according to project specifications and blueprints. Operate welding equipment and tools, including welding machines, torches, grinders, and other hand tools. Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting metal components. Interpret and follow welding diagrams, sketches, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of welding tasks. Inspect and assess the quality of welds, ensuring they meet the required standards for strength and visual appearance. Repair damaged metal structures, equipment, or components by removing and replacing defective parts through welding techniques. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and handling of tools and equipment. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Monitor and report inventory levels of welding supplies and equipment to ensure availability for ongoing projects. Requirements: Proven experience as an Iron and Aluminum Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment. Strong knowledge of different welding materials, including iron and aluminum alloys. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Familiarity with various welding equipment and tools. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
