Key Responsibilities: Welding and Fabrication: Joining metal parts using various welding techniques, such as TIG, MIG, and stick welding. Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and understanding technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide welding and fabrication processes. Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Setting up, operating, and maintaining welding and cutting equipment, including angle grinders and other tools. Quality Control: Inspecting welds for defects and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Safety Compliance: Following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Material Preparation: Preparing metal surfaces for welding, including cleaning, grinding, and aligning components. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing welding equipment and metal structures.
