As a Website Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining professional websites using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix. Your primary goal will be to create visually appealing, responsive, and performance-optimized websites that enhance user experience and align with business objectives. You will customize themes, templates, and third-party plugins to meet specific project requirements and brand guidelines. Ensuring mobile-responsiveness, fast loading times, and SEO optimization will be key priorities. Collaborating with UI/UX designers, marketing, and digital teams, you will deliver cohesive and functional digital solutions. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks across various browsers and devices. Implementing analytics, tracking, and other third-party integrations will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to stay updated with the latest web technologies, design trends, and platform updates to continually enhance development practices. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years of professional website development experience and proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix. A strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is required, along with experience in theme customization, plugin integration, and third-party APIs. Knowledge of Basic SEO principles, website performance optimization techniques, and cross-browser compatibility standards is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines are crucial for success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mohali, Punjab, requiring in-person work during day shifts from Monday to Friday.,
