Website and Seo Specialist

Job Title: Website & SEO Specialist Location: Bangalore Department: Branding & Communication Experience: 3-5 years Reports to: Branding & Communication Manager Key Responsibilities Website Management l Manage, update, and optimize the company's website (WordPress/custom CMS). l Ensure website performance, uptime, security, and mobile responsiveness. l Coordinate with internal teams & vendors for content uploads, design enhancements, and functionality improvements. l Track website analytics and performance KPIs (traffic, conversions, engagement). Search Engine Optimization (SEO) l Develop and execute on-page & off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic. l Perform keyword research, optimize website content, metadata, and image alt tags. l Manage backlinks, directory listings, and technical SEO (site speed, sitemap, indexing). l Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc. Content Support l Collaborate with content and design teams for blogs, case studies, landing pages, and campaigns. l Ensure SEO best practices are applied across all web content. Lead Generation & CRO l Optimize web pages for lead generation (forms, CTAs, user experience). l Track and improve conversion rates through A/B testing and UX enhancements. Key Skills & Qualifications l Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field. l 3+ years' experience in website management (WordPress or equivalent CMS). l Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.). l Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web hosting management. l Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and CRO techniques is a plus. l Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
