The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our services/products. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.Answer incoming calls and resolve queries.Maintain customer records and update the database.Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.Promote services/products when needed.
