About the Role: WattMonk is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead digital acquisition efforts, analyse marketing performance, and provide optimization insights to the team. You will manage paid media, outreach campaigns, and CRM flows, while monitoring the performance of all digital channels and supporting campaign planning with data-driven input. This role is critical in ensuring we achieve strong ROI across our marketing operations. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting), targeting conversions and lead generation. Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Run targeted outreach campaigns through Apollo.io, managing audience segmentation and email sequencing. Create and refine email automation workflows in Zoho Campaigns to engage leads across funnel stages. Coordinate with the content team by sharing content requirements across all active channels including email, PPC, social media, and website. Analyse performance data (e.g., social media metrics, ad performance, email engagement, website traffic) and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve messaging, visuals, and overall campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to build Looker Studio dashboards to track key metrics across channels, and provide insights to senior leadership Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing. Proven ability to manage Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and other digital marketing tools. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Zoho experience preferred). Familiarity with outbound outreach and cold email tools like Apollo.io. Strong analytical mindset, with comfort creating and interpreting performance dashboards and metrics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on campaign execution and refinement. Bonus Points : Experience launching campaigns for SaaS or AI-related products. Knowledge of basic HTML or experience working with A/B testing tools.
