Waste Management Supervisor

Post - Waste Management Supervisor Job Location - Digha Salary - Upto 15k Per month Qualification - Degree with Waste Management Work Experience - 1 year in Waste Management. Supervises and oversees one or more major county-wide waste management activities such as refuse collection, recyclables collection, brush collection or other related activity within the Waste Management Division of the Public Works Department. Performs related duties as required. Job Description MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Organizes and supervises a major activity or service within the Waste Management Division of Public Works such as refuse collection, recyclables collection, brush collection or other related activity. Schedules and supervises activities involved in one or more designated activities such as refuse collection, recyclables collection, brush collection or related activity. Coordinates activities with other sections or divisions as needed. Participates in the development of routes and route assignments. Investigates and resolves complaints from the public. Maintains records and prepares basic reports. Performs various supervisory duties. Assigns and reviews the work of employees. Evaluates the performance of employees under his/her direct supervision. Reviews evaluations given by his/her subordinates. Approves leave requests. Counsels with and corrects employees as needed.
