Job Title: Warehouse Executive (Off Role) Location: Malur & Anjaneya Employment Type: Contractual / Off-Roll Experience Required: 13 years Industry: E-commerce / Logistics / Retail Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive (Off-Roll) to support our daily warehousing operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse/inventory handling, good coordination skills, and a strong understanding of standard operating procedures in a warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day warehouse activities such as inbound, storage, outbound, and returns. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners for smooth operations. Ensure accurate stock management, documentation, and reporting. Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and 5S standards in the warehouse. Support in physical stock audits and cycle counts. Escalate operational issues to reporting manager and help in resolving them. Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance. Work in shifts as per business requirements. Key Skills & Competencies: Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems. Proficiency in MS Excel and WMS tools. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with a positive and proactive approach.
