Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations of our corporate hostel. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and harmonious living environment for all residents, aligning with company policies and standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, common areas, and amenities. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep. Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate documentation of resident information. Maintain up-to-date records of occupancy, resident details, and room allocations. Address resident concerns and grievances promptly, fostering a supportive community atmosphere. Implement and enforce hostel rules and regulations to ensure resident safety. Monitor entry and exit points, maintaining visitor logs and ensuring only authorized access. Coordinate with security personnel to handle emergencies and maintain a secure environment.
