Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new salary accounts from corporates and individual employees.
Approach Key stake holder for corporate salary tie-ups.
Conduct on-site account opening drives and presentations in corporate offices.
Ensure collection and verification of KYC documents as per bank policy.
Facilitate seamless onboarding and activation of salary accounts.
Achieve monthly targets for new account acquisition.
Cross-sell other banking products (credit cards, loans, insurance, etc.).
Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
13 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
Basic understanding of banking products and compliance norms.
Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork.
