Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales through partnerships with agents, brokers, and other distribution networks. Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve business targets. Identify new opportunities for growth within existing relationships and develop plans to expand market presence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of agency operations into overall business strategy. Analyze performance metrics to optimize agent recruitment, development, and retention efforts. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in insurance industry with expertise in agency channel sales or similar role. Proven track record of success in developing strong partnerships with agents, brokers, or other distribution networks. Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
