About the Role

Tosca

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Automation Strategy

   :
• Define and implement robust automation frameworks and strategies using Tosca.
• Establish best practices and standards for test automation.

2. Team Leadership

   :
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Tosca automation engineers.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.

3. Test Planning and Execution

   :
• Design and execute test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.

4. Automation Framework Maintenance

   :
• Maintain and optimize Tosca automation frameworks to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest Tosca features and upgrades.

5. Defect Management and Reporting

   :
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools.
• Provide detailed and actionable reports on automation progress and results.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

   :
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure the alignment of test efforts with business goals.
• Present test automation metrics and updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in Tosca automation.
• Proficient in creating, maintaining, and optimizing Tosca test suites.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and QA processes.
• Experience in API and UI test automation using Tosca.
• Hands-on experience in integrating Tosca with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
