VTL Setter cum operator

Machine Operation, Machine Setup, Quality Control, Machine Maintenance, Safety Compliance, Record Keeping, Collaboration, Technical Skills: Understanding blueprints, using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.), and potentially having knowledge of G and M codes for CNC machines.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of machining processes, metal properties, and appropriate cutting tools.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Machine Operation: Experience with setting up and operating VTL machines, including tooling and work holding.
• Quality Control: Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and performing quality checks.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve issues with the machine operation.
• Safety Awareness: Commitment to safe working practices and adherence to safety protocols.
• Communication: Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
• Experience: 4 years and above
