We are looking for a passionate and experienced Music Director to join our creative team in Zirakpur, Chandigarh. If you live and breathe music production and have a strong grip on mixing and mastering, we want to hear from you! Location: Zirakpur, Chandigarh Position Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ years (preferred) Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end production of original songs across various genres (primarily Punjabi, Hindi, and Bollywood-style music). Develop catchy melodies, harmonies, and arrangements in collaboration with artists and lyricists. Oversee and execute high-quality mixing and mastering of tracks for digital release on platforms like YouTube, Spotify, etc. Manage studio sessions, vocal recordings, and coordinate with sound engineers and instrumentalists as needed. Maintain consistency in audio quality while delivering industry-standard sound . Stay updated with modern music trends, plugins, and production techniques. Requirements: Proven experience in music production, arrangement, and composition . Strong command of DAWs (Logic Pro, FL Studio, Ableton, Cubase, etc.). Advanced skills in mixing and mastering . Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality. A good ear for sound design, rhythm, and melody. Portfolio of past work (released or unreleased tracks) is a must. Nice to Have: Background in singing or live performance. Experience with video production teams for syncing and audio post-production. Understanding of the Punjabi and North Indian music market.
