Job Summary: We are hiring Voice Process Executives to coordinate between pharmacies and doctors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable handling calls in a healthcare-related environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate between pharmacies and doctors via phone calls. Clarify prescription details and medicine availability. Maintain accurate records of interactions. Respond to queries from medical professionals and pharmacy staff. Ensure timely and professional communication. Requirements: Basic understanding of pharmacy or healthcare processes is a plus. Prior experience in voice process/BPO/healthcare coordination is preferred. Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools). Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and in shifts, if required.
