Job Description Job Title: Voice & Accent Trainer Reports To (Title): Training Manager Job Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are looking for voice & accent trainers and content development experts to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in improving voice competencies. The role supports day to day training needs of the process through regular analysis, call monitoring, coaching, instructor-led training, content development and administrative duties. Job Responsibilities: Training Need Assessment Instructor-Led classroom training Voice Coaching Content Development (eLearning and ILT) Stakeholder management Creation, Implementation and execution of training plan Creation of daily, weekly, monthly reports Creation of review dashboards Competency Requirement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent content writing skills Expert in Domain (Communication, Culture, Language) Content Development expertise with Articulate 360 and MS Office Delivery Skills Coaching Skills People Management Expert understanding of training procedures HR Recruiter Bhavana 9353900652
