Role & responsibilities 1.1 Setting up machine to start production. ( ) 1.2 Feeding raw material & parts to automated machine ( ) 1.3 Control and adjust machine settings as per production batch ( ) 1.4 Inspect output with precision and measuring tools periodically and ensure no rejection ( ) 1.5 Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. ( .) 1.6 Filling up of Inspection report, route card and Production Report. ( , ) 1.7 Perform proper handing over of work before leaving machine on shift change. ( ) 1.8 Maintain organized, clean and orderly work area. (, ) 1.9 Maintain Tooling records. ( ) 1.10 Troubleshoot problems during machine operation ( ) 1.11 Cleaning of scrap and machine as well as filling of coolant. ( ) 1.12 Handle material and tools ( ) 1.13 Work under the guidance of supervisor to perform duties. ( ) 1.14 Inform unsafe operation, defective production to supervisor immediately. ( , ) 1.15 Follow all safety measures during operating machines.
