Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for designated key international accounts. Manage ongoing communications with key clients, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly. Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Support the onboarding and development of new international key accounts. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, customer service, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of international sales activities. Maintain accurate sales records, pricing lists, and client databases. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for international markets. Preferred candidate profile Requirements: Masters degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in international sales and key account management, in an international context. Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools Ability to multitask and work across time zones and cultures. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
