Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Visa Counselor to assist students or clients in navigating visa processes for study, work, or immigration purposes. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of international visa procedures, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students or clients about visa procedures, documentation, and timelines for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and others. Review and verify application documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Provide end-to-end support during the visa application process, including form filling, appointment booking, and interview preparation. Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, embassy guidelines, and country-specific requirements. Communicate regularly with embassies, consulates, and related agencies. Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and ensure timely follow-ups. Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. Support the admissions team (if applicable) and coordinate with universities or institutions as required.
