Job Summary- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager. to lead sales operations across South India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IVD sector, with expertise in selling diagnostic instruments, reagents, rapid tests, and ELISA kits. This role involves developing regional sales strategies, managing distributor and customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. --- Key Responsibilities:- * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets * Identify and onboard new clients, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and distributors * Promote a portfolio of IVD products, including instruments, reagents, and rapid test kits * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers * Manage a team of sales representatives and guide their performance * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs * Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions * Coordinate with the marketing, technical, and logistics teams for seamless execution * Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates --- Candidate Requirements:- * Bachelors or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field * Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the IVD or diagnostics industry * Strong knowledge of IVD products, especially instruments and ELISA/rapid tests * Proven track record in achieving sales targets and regional market development * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
