Vigilance Officer

1. Monitoring and Surveillance

• Keep a close watch on school premises to ensure discipline and order.
• Monitor student and staff behavior for signs of misconduct, bullying, or irregularities.
• Conduct surprise checks in classrooms, corridors, washrooms, and other key areas.

2. Ensuring Compliance

• Ensure that all school policies, rules, and guidelines are strictly followed by students, staff, and visitors.
• Check for compliance with safety protocols, hygiene standards, and code of conduct.

3. Investigation and Reporting

• Investigate complaints related to indiscipline, theft, vandalism, or other violations.
• Collect evidence, interview concerned individuals, and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Escalate serious matters to the school principal or management.

4. Prevention of Malpractice

• Take preventive measures to stop cheating, favoritism, or any corrupt practices.
• Supervise examination processes to ensure fairness and transparency.

5. Coordination with Authorities

• Work closely with school administration, disciplinary committee, and security staff.
• Assist in coordinating with external agencies (e.g., police or child protection) in serious cases.

6. Awareness and Training

• Conduct awareness sessions on discipline, ethics, and student rights.
• Support orientation programs for new students and staff on school rules and vigilance policies.

7. Confidentiality and Integrity

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues and investigations.
• Act with impartiality, fairness, and integrity in all duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
