Videographer

We're Hiring: Videographer (Long-form & Short-form Content)
Location: Pune (On-site + Travel in & around city)
Experience: 2+ years preferred
Type: Full-time

Ignited Spectrum is on the lookout for a creative and skilled Videographer who’s passionate about storytelling through visuals — someone who can shoot both long-form videos (interviews, podcasts, corporate films) and short-form content (reels, promos, social media clips).

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and shoot professional video content for a variety of formats
• Work closely with our creative team to execute visual storytelling
• Handle camera and lighting setups independently
• Capture high-quality audio and visuals on-site
• Travel to shoot locations within Pune and nearby areas
• Adapt to fast-paced content production schedules

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in operating DSLRs/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting equipment
• A strong eye for composition, movement, and storytelling
• Experience in both long-form (interviews, corporate shoots) and short-form content (reels, behind-the-scenes, ads)
• Willingness to travel as per shoot requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus: Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar)

Must Have:

• Your own camera gear (preferred)
• A creative portfolio or showreel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
