About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Research, plan and produce 30-90 second videos about AI agents, startup tools and productivity hacks 2. Create Reels, Shorts and TikToks to grow brand presence 3. Align content with brand tone (smart, founder-friendly, witty) through founder collaboration 4. Convert scripts, demos and ideas into engaging short-form content 5. Repurpose content across YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Twitter/X and LinkedIn Requirements: 1. Demonstrate video creation experience (including personal brand content) 2. Understand modern short-form video style and pacing 3. Use tools like CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere, Canva or InVideo 4. Write, edit and publish content independently 5. Utilize faceless AI avatars, voiceovers and stock footage effectively 6. Deliver 3-5 videos weekly 7. Track social media trends and experiment with creative concepts Additional skills: 1. Knowledge of AI tools or SaaS/startup industry 2. Experience managing content accounts 3.
