About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Plan and execute growth experiments across organic, paid, social, influencer and community channels 2. Create and A/B test landing pages and email flows 3. Grow traction across Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Product Hunt and IndieHackers 4. Track analytics and optimize based on KPIs including conversion, CAC and retention 5. Utilize storytelling, memes, viral loops and incentives to drive engagement 6. Collaborate with the founder on go-to-market strategy Requirements: 1. Have 1-3 years experience in growth, digital marketing or performance campaigns 2. Demonstrate experience with SaaS, AI or productivity tools (bonus) 3. Use tools including Webflow, Notion, Figma and Canva effectively 4. Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar and Posthog 5. Operate email marketing tools (ConvertKit, MailerLite etc) 6. Utilize social media automation and scheduling tools 7. Apply strong copywriting, positioning and distribution strategy skills 8. Work independently and deliver measurable outcomes 9.
