As a Video Editor Intern at Tidy Ninja, you will play a crucial role in editing videos that align with our mission of creating organized, calm, and functional living spaces. Based in Bangalore, this full-time internship offers you the opportunity to work on various projects that cater to our social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, thumbnails, and social posters. Your responsibilities will include editing both short-form and long-form content in trendy formats, designing eye-catching thumbnails and posters, and incorporating audio, transitions, effects, captions, and motion to create engaging visuals. By staying updated on Instagram and YouTube trends, you will ensure that our content stands out and resonates with our audience. Collaboration with our founder and marketing team will be key in bringing raw footage to life, while also maintaining organized project files and adhering to structured timelines for content release. To excel in this role, you should have experience working with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or Photoshop. A keen sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling is essential, along with an understanding of viral trends, hooks, and editing styles across different platforms. Your aesthetic sensibilities should align with our modern, minimalist brand, and you should be a quick learner, team player, and open to feedback. Additionally, familiarity with motion graphics or animation would be considered a bonus. Throughout this 3-month internship, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in creating content for a rapidly growing home organizing startup. High-performing interns will have the chance to transition into a full-time content creator or video editor role.
