1. Video Editing & Post-Production Edit raw footage into cohesive videos for various platforms (YouTube and Instagram) Apply basic color grading, sound editing, transitions, and effects to enhance quality. Sync audio and video, trim clips, and cut B-roll creatively to improve storytelling. 2. Content Adaptation Reformat and repurpose long-form videos into short-form content (e.g., shorts, reels). Customize content per platform specifications and audience expectations. 3. Creative Collaboration Offer creative input on storytelling, style, and pacing. Stay aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity. 4. File Management Organize and archive video files and project assets systematically. Maintain backups and ensure all content is securely stored and easily retrievable. 5. Technical Proficiency Operate professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects (basic to intermediate) using tools like After Effects. Optimize final exports for different channels and formats. 6. Quality Control Conduct final checks for audio/video synchronization, resolution, and content accuracy. Ensure delivery deadlines are met with minimal revisions. 7. Ongoing Learning & Trend Awareness Stay updated with current editing trends, platform changes (e.g., YouTube algorithm), and storytelling techniques. Suggest innovative formats and creative approaches to improve audience engagement.
